Refund and Return policy
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within:
14 days of delivery to arrange for a return.
Ship items back within:
30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within:
12 hours of purchase.
Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We will issue you the amount you have paid minus:
- Administration fee - 20 USD;
- Shipping cost;
- Bank transfer fee.
Refund can be made if at least one of these conditions is met:
1) the order has been cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
2) all items has been returned in the original condition
3) after we get written confirmation from Post Office, that the order has been lost during the delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please, always check the parcel before you accept it from Shipping Company courier !!! Make sure it is not broken, the packaging is undamaged, nothing is rattle inside. YOU must pay attention at the time of delivery that the parcel is damaged and either DO NOT ACCEPT it or require the postman to write down an act of infringement.
If you accept the parcel from the post, we assume that parcel arrived in good condition and no refund can be made. If you have any doubts about the quality of the parcel, open it in front of postman before you sign up the acceptance of the parcel.
